Via Ferrari 22

IN ONE OF THE MOST EXCLUSIVE AND REFINED AREA OF COMO

The residential complex named “Via Ferrari 22” rises in one of the most exclusive and refined area of Como, a stone’s throw from the historic centre and all its services. It consists in a faithful reconstruction of the pre-existing Villa; its classical style has been maintained even in

the smallest particular, realising, however, a more solid structure and all the comforts of the latest generation. The Villa is connected through a stairwell to a new body, more modern with lighter lines and to two underground floors of garages and wardrobe rooms/laundries.

The complex is made up of eight residential units, five in the Villa and the remaining three in the adjacent body. The first underground floor of garages and wardrobe rooms/laundries is reserved exclusively to the residents’ use while, the second underground floor, with exclusive access, is intended for the sale of the garages to external purchasers.

THE DESIGN

The design of Via Ferrari 22 is a faithful reconstruction of the pre-existing Villa, with the addition of a new building and of two underground floors of garages and common services. The Villa is made up of five wide apartments, equipped with noteworthy external space enjoyable by the residents: an exclusive garden, covered and uncovered terraces and terrace roof.

The linearity and the simplicity of the composition of this building infuse a particular charm and represent the main architectonical value of it.

THE STRUCTURE

The adjacent body has a light look that inserts itself in the environment without altering it. The building, completely integrated to the Villa, is made up of three apartments of smaller dimensions but equipped with considerable external space.

A building culture for contemporary homes, which combines sustainability and saving in terms of energy consumptions, using adequate and modern materials and technologies that grant high-energy performance and acoustic insulation, reaching the energy class A.
